St Laurence Centre

Inner town development, incorporating the demolition of existing structures and the new construction of basement car parking (3 levels below street level), retail units, apartments, offices, restaurant, community centre, HSE clinic and associated siteworks. The project also included works to listed buildings and the restoration of an old Methodist Church.
