St Fintans, Portlaoise

Extensive refurbishment and extension of the existing northern wing of St. Fintan’s Hospital on both the ground and first floor. These works included the replacement of floor, wall and ceiling finishes, windows and external doors, internal doors, structural alterations, new internal partitions and a full upgrade of the Mechanical and Electrical installations including a new lift. New car parking spaces were provided within the campus in an existing green area to the front of the St. Fintan’s entrance area and extensive works are to be completed in the existing Courtyard.
