Primary Care Unit, Dundalk

Refurbishment of an existing derelict Railway building to develop a new two storey Primary Care Unit. The project consisted of several consulting rooms, therapy rooms, offices, stores, reception areas, public areas, toilets, etc. The external stone walls of the existing structure were retained. The proposed works consisted of a new ground floor, first floor, frame and roof structure, etc. The works also consisted of a new build modern circulation area to the front, which consisted of a staircase, lift, reception area and toilet areas.
