Ardee Area Offices & Court House

New build construction of a purpose built District Court and combined Area offices for Louth County Council. Award winning low environmental impact project whose main sustainable features include the wind turbine, the ‘green roof’, installed for both its insulation and rain water run off properties, installation of a ‘brise soliel’, a fully glazed elevation that takes advantage of the solar energy, low U-value insulation throughout the entire building and double glazed e-glazing.
